I recently had a very nice nights stay at this hotel and I can definitely say it exceeded my expectations. the value for money was excellent; I felt like I got so much more than what I paid for. Secondly, the location was perfect with the War Memorial right in front of the hotel, giving it a historic and picturesque feel. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Lastly, the room itself was clean and well-decorated, with the most powerful shower I have ever experienced. It was a great way to start the day.
Everything was perfect.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for their rooms. The attention to detail is impressive, from the well-decorated and airy rooms with breathtaking views out onto the village, to the complimentary bottle of water in each room. The service provided by the staff is friendly and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The location of this hotel, with the War Memorial in front, adds a historical and charming touch to the overall experience. The breakfast served here is delicious and cooked to order, offering a good variety of choices.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

The pub had great decor and comfortable furniture. The food was faultless, with a variety of well-presented and tasty pies of the day. The staff were approachable and served us well.
The room could have been better. Although clean, it was quite small and the double bed was too small for two people.

Great food and friendly service! the price was also reasonable for what we received. It was a nice, quiet place to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the city, but still with easy access to major roads. We especially loved the traditional feel of the place. There were some interesting historic sites in the nearby village as well.
The rooms could use some updates. They were small and not very well-lit.
